Rebecca brings extensive finance, accounting and business management knowledge and experience to the Sister2Sister board, with a corporate career in the finance industry spanning in excess of 15 years.

A respected industry leader and small business owner of several businesses, including The Kartel Solution, a Xero Gold bookkeeping and advisory firm, Rebecca is known for her professionalism, strong work ethic, and high attention to detail. Rebecca is also a strong communicator, with strategic management, leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Rebecca holds a Graduate Certificate of Public Accounting from Deakin University and an MBA majoring in People Management and Leadership from Southern Cross University. She is also Xero Gold Certified Bookkeeper and BAS Agent.

Rebecca commenced with Sister2Sister in 2023 as a BAS Agent and is honoured by the opportunity to join the Board of Directors and contribute to the sister2sister community, establishing positive long-term relationships with clients and peers.

Rebecca is particularly looking forward to mentoring, positively influencing and empowering young girls to make informed decisions, enabling them to reach their full potential.
