Melissa Millard has significant experience working in Communications and Leadership roles in the healthcare and non-profit sectors and has worked in Australia, the UK and Canada. 

She brings consultancy, patient advocacy, corporate communication and reputation management skills to the Sister2sister board and is passionate about driving programs that result in more equitable outcomes.

Melissa has a collaborative, results-driven approach and is a recognised professional mentor. With three teenaged girls in the family (plus one grown up, and a teenaged boy), she recognises the value of connections made through mentoring and the important role of programs like those provided by Sister2sister.
