Our people

Emma has over 25 years experience working in Banking and Financial Services - of which more than 15 years has been focused on risk and compliance, and working with corporate boards. Emma has worked for major organisations in London, the US and Australia and currently works for a well known Australian Financial Services company. Emma started volunteering as a big sister with the Sister2sister Foundation in 2014.

Emma has been a big sister twice and, in 2017 became the Sister2sister Foundation’s photographer.

As a result of the time Emma has spent volunteering with Sister2sister, Emma brings both practical experience to the Sister2sister Board as well as a wealth of governance, risk and compliance experience to the Foundation.
